Chloe

Chloe a beautiful Siberian Husky had been deemed dangerous for allegedly killing a cat. Her owners never appealed the case.
A year later, Chloe who had been tied up, broke loose with her brother, Rocco and was seen chasing and then carrying the cat who was later found dead. The owners went to court and pleaded guilty  (in order to save Rocco who had been running with Chloe and was also being threatened if they went to trial.)
The town seized Chloe and wanted her dead.

There really was no defense. Having already been declared dangerous and found running loose again, there weren't many options left.

With the help of local attorney Matt Rich, we reach out to the court asking if Chloe could be relocated out of her hometown of Chili, NY to live with other huskies in a sanctuary setting.

The court approved this request and Chloe was transported personally by a Richard Rosenthal, general counsel of TLP.
